Please be aware that we have problems with BT,NTL, Virgin and Blueyonder email addresses. They block most of our emails so if you think you are being ignored or haven't received any receipts or welcome emails then it's most probably because your ISP doesn't like my email address. Gmail and Yahoo are fantastic for email and delivery rates are perfect, we never have any problems.
